Peter is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with SVN | ATL, specializing in industrial, medical, and office properties across the Southeast. He joined SVN | ATL in March 2025 after beginning his career at Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, where he gained experience in market analysis, underwriting, and deal execution.

​Prior to entering real estate, Peter co-founded Battleground Athlete Marketing, where he secured endorsement deals for over 200 professional athletes across the NFL, MLB, and NHL. This experience sharpened his skills in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning — all of which have helped shape his approach to commercial real estate advising.

​At SVN | ATL, Peter works directly with Senior Vice President of Brokerage Bob Johnson as part of a team with over $3 billion in closed transactions. He is committed to helping investors, owner-users, and institutions create long-term value through informed advisory, competitive execution, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape.
