Peter is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management, working across industrial, medical, and office properties throughout the Southeast. He joined SVN in March 2025 after beginning his career at Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, where he gained experience in market analysis, underwriting, and deal execution.

Prior to entering real estate, Peter co-founded Battleground Athlete Marketing, where he secured endorsement deals for more than 200 professional athletes across the NFL, MLB, and NHL. This experience strengthened his skills in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning, all of which shape his approach to commercial real estate advisory.

At SVN, Peter works directly with Senior Vice President of Brokerage Bob Johnson as part of a team with more than $3 billion in closed transactions. As an Originator, Peter is also proud to offer Qualified Intermediary services, helping clients strategically navigate the 1031 Exchange process as part of their long-term investment planning.
