Del Del Creviston serves as Senior Brokerage Director with SVN | Second Story, bringing more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and the design/build industry. He focuses on the sale of industrial, office, retail, and multifamily assets, leveraging his design/build background to guide clients through complex investment and development projects across the U.S. and abroad. As an Originator, Del is also proud to offer Qualified Intermediary services, helping clients strategically navigate the 1031 Exchange process as part of their broader investment planning.

Prior to joining SVN | Second Story in 2025, Del was the Managing Director of SVN | Creviston Realty, where he led brokerage operations and oversaw a diverse range of institutional transactions. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Real Estate Services for the Atlanta office of a national developer, representing clients such as Cingular Wireless, SBC Telecom, and Verizon.
